The proper procedure for our members to use a Reciprocal Club is:

Members must call 215-790-1483 requesting a Letter of Introduction to be faxed to the Reciprocal Club.  Or a Card of Introduction can be picked up at the Member Services Desk or mailed out to carry in your wallet when visiting a club (cards expire in 30 days) If possible, please give 24hr. notice.

Members can either call and ask me to make a lunch, dinner or overnight reservation for them or they can call the Reciprocal Club and make their own reservations (Note: as indicated some clubs require a credit card in order to make an overnight reservation)  Note: Reciprocal Clubs will charge one nights rate if  a room reservation is not cancelled

PLEASE BE AWARE:

1. Except where indicated otherwise, members must accompany their guests visiting the clubs

2. In regards to the Dress Codes, where indicated jacket & tie required also means smart dress or proper business attire for women

3. Room rates listed are subject to change and are charged tax, gratuity and in some cases a guest fee

4. Banquet information is not included – most every club has a banquet manager that can arrange private rooms and dining for training sessions, meetings etc…

5. Each club has its own rules in regards to payment methods (as indicated) When your charges are billed back to The Racquet Club (home club) you are subject to a 5% surcharge

One last thought… Having these clubs at your disposal is a wonderful membership benefit. The next time you are introducing a friend or associate to the possibility of a Racquet Club membership, remember to "brag" about our many Reciprocal Clubs!

Have a great trip!
